How much economic potential does artificial intelligence really have for companies in Saxony? How can SMEs, too, make profitable use of AI technologies? And what field-tested applications are already available on the market?

The AI Innovation Days on September 16 and 17, 2020 are being staged as a combination of live event and virtual event, offering companies comprehensive insights into numerous facets of AI in Saxon applications. More than 20 experienced actors and experts from business, research and politics will be discussing current, sector driven AI topics. Thanks to live streaming, the audience will be able to follow the event and also actively interact with the speakers.

The topics covered include key AI technologies in Saxony, support opportunities for companies, points of contact for (international) collaborations, and promising approaches for Saxony’s AI future. In addition to the various dialogue formats, there will also be expert sessions on current AI projects and ideas for specific projects. Companies participating in the AI Innovation Days are welcome to take part in the sessions provided they have a suitable profile.

A special highlight of the hybrid event is a virtual exhibition of AI use cases. Participants are invited to find out more about specific examples of applications in different industries online through info texts, videos, animations or photo galleries. They can also exchange ideas with the exhibitors via chat.
