Themes of our research and development:
		HIESPANA Hierarchical Simulation of nanoelectronic systems for controlling process variations In this Fraunhofer project we develop methods for an integrated analysis of parameter variations along the chain from device simulation up to sytem simulation. These variations arise from manufacturing tolerances as well as lifetime degradation. This methodology allows to study the impact of the variations on system level performances and to consider variation effects in the design of robust circuits for future technologies.
